Day 1. Arrival in Casablanca
This tour is designed to give you a rich taste of Moroccan culture. Our stay in Casablanca will not be very long. We will visit the mosque of Hassan II, enjoy a brief walk and snacks, then head out to Rabat, where we will spend the night.
Day 2. Tour of Rabat and transfer to Fez
During our morning in Rabat, present-day capital of Morocco, wel visit the Palace of Hassan II, King’s Mausoleum and the old fortress towns, Udaya and Chella. Afterwards, enjoy snacks and a nice walk before transferring to Fez, where we will spend the night.
Day 3. Tour of Fez
Tour starts out in Fez's Andalusi quarters. We will walk the city's narrow streets and alleyways, visit the Qarawiyanne mosque, Mausoleum of Idris II, and the main souqs and babs. There will be free time for bargain shopping before our delicious dinner.
Day 4. Transfer to Marrakech
During our fourth day in Morocco, we set out early on an easy pace toward Marrakech (490 km), stopping for a good, road-side roast. Once we arrive in Marrakech, we will be introduced to the Qutubiya mosque and the main square of Fna, where the labyrinth of souq streets begin. Enjoy a welcoming dinner in what is considered Morocco's most exotic city. After the dinner, the day's program comes to an end.
Day 5. Tour of Marrakech
Our day in Marrakech will be spent around Jam'a Fna, touring the city and its souqs. We will have an opportunity to hear the story of the Seven Saints and even visit some of their mausoleums. After the midday snack, we visit the Menara gardens, one of Morocco's most exotic and famous Islamic gardens. During our last last night, we will once more enjoy Moroccan cuisine during our farewell dinner in Jam'a Fna's central square.
Day 6. Departure from Marrakech
On the 6th day, our Moroccan experience comes to an end. A hotel pickup for the airport will be arranged three hours before your departing flight. Time available before departure is yours to use freely.
